This month we celebrate 80 years of the church with a Choral Concert, this Saturday, 7:30 pm at Valois United Church. Come enjoy an evening of choral music, intrumental ensemble, favourite broadway musicals and more!
Also note, Fundscrip orders will not be taken on February 21 after church because of the annual general meeting.

Are you ready to get into the holiday spirit?
Everyone is invited to attend Valois Concert Series II, featuring "A WOWCATS Christmas Carol". This talented and animated group will present a fabulous evening of traditional and contemporary choral Christmas music this Saturday, November 28, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. at Valois United Church. Tickets are available at the door, and are $15.00 for general admission, $10.00 for seniors/students, and $5.00 for children 6 to 12 years old. Profits will go to support the West Island Pallative Care Residence and Valois United Church.
Our Annual Fair begins this Friday, November 6th, from 6 to 9 p.m., and continues on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. See the attached newsletter for details.
We are looking for baking donations and any other small gift donations (Loonie Table and Children's Room) that can be dropped off any time during the day on Friday.

1) Maundy Thursday - 7:00 p.m.
2) Good Friday Walk - beginning at St. John Fisher @ 1:00 p.m., we walk to Valois United and on to the Anglican and Presbyterian Churches, with a portion of the service at each church.
3) Good Friday Service - 7:00 p.m. Word, music and more communicate the message.
4) Easter Sunday Sunrise - at Windmill Point - an ecumenical service at 7:00 a.m.
5) Easter Service with Communion - a service of music and drama
Wherever you are this weekend, find opportunities to connect with the Good News of the Easter message.
